Partner/Director/Senior PM – Life Sciences (Switzerland or Germany)

We are supporting a fast-growing innovative consulting firm with a focus on strategy realisation and helping their clients bring their vision to life. Specialised in Life Sciences, they work across the entire value chain from R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

With offices in Switzerland, Germany, London, and across the USA, they are looking to selectively hire in Germany or Switzerland, at the Senior Project Manager, Director, and Partner level.

Co-founded 10 years by an ex-McKinsey consultant, who also worked for global Pharma companies, including Novartis, the business has grown significantly. They combine a global talent pool of independent consultants with their own consultants creating high-performing teams, which can be scaled as and when required, offering their clients a flexible and agile model.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior Project Manager: A minimum of 5 years+ of consulting experience from a top management consulting firm, with good knowledge of the Life Sciences industry.
• Director: A minimum of 7 years+ of consulting experience from a top management consulting firm, with strong knowledge of the Life Sciences industry
• Partner: 10 years+ of consulting experience from a leading management consulting firm, with deep knowledge across the life sciences industry, and a strong business development network across Europe.

In addition:

• Experience delivering successful projects in Commercial, Implementation, Productivity, Procurement, Tech Ops, R&D or PMO.
• A ‘hands-on’ approach with a bias for execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics and explain them to a range of stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and listening skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate people and teams.
